Otero, Blas de: Jöttem feléje (Vine hacia él in Hungarian)

Portre of Otero, Blas de

Vine hacia él (Spanish)

César Vallejo ha muerto. Muerto esta,

que yo lo vi

en Montrouge, una tarde

de abril.

Iba con Carlos Espinosa y

llevábámos los Poemas

humanos y España, aparta de mí

este cáliz. Carlos

leyo un poema como si

le escuchara Dios. Yo

llorando, leí Masa.

   …Entonces,

todos los hombres de la tierra

le rodearon; pero

César Vallejo, ¡ay! siguió muriendo.

Jöttem feléje (Hungarian)

Meghalt César Vallejo. Halott már,

kit láttam én

Montrouge-ban, áprilisnak

estelén.

Carlos Espinosával mentem, és

velünk volt az Emberi

költemények s a Vedd el tőlem e kelyhet,

Spanyolország! Carlos

fölolvasott egy költeményt,

mint Úr színe előtt. Majd

a Tömeg-et én, sírva.

      Es akkor

minden emberfia a földnek

körbevette; azonban

César Vallejo, jaj!, megmaradt holtnak.
