Mi fiatalon ismeretlen volt,
az most mindennapos,
mi játszi könnyű, az nehéz vagy lehetetlen,
 
ha leguggolok és felegyenesedem, a fejembe tódul a vér,
ha magasból letekintek, tériszonyom van,
ha varrni akarok, már szemüveggel sem tudom tűbe fűzni a cérnát,
ha beszélgetek valakivel, a mondat közepén elfelejtem, mit akartam mondani,
ha változtatnom kell azon, mit elterveztem, ideges leszek,
ha nem találok valamit, pánikba esem,
ha fáj valamim, mindjárt a legrosszabbra gondolok,
 
kaland lett az életem.

Néha olyan,
mintha én nem én lennék,
hanem valaki más,
egy nehézkes, űzött idegen,
ki a bőrömbe bújt.

Quel, che da giovani ci era sconosciuto,
ora è diventato quotidiano,
di un’estrema facilità, difficile o impossibile,
 
se m’accovaccio e mi rialzo, il sangue m’affluisce al cervello,
se guardo giù dall’alto, soffro di vertigine,
se voglio cucire, neppure con gli occhiali riesco ad infilare il filo,
se sto conversando con qualcuno, nel mezzo della frase dimentico cosa volevo dire,
se devo cambiare quel, che avevo pianificato, divento nervoso,
se non trovo qualcosa, mi prende il panico,
se mi duole qualcosa, penso subito al peggio,
 
la mia vita è diventata un’avventura.

A volte sembra,
come se io non fossi più io,
ma qualcun altro,
un tardo, estraneo perseguitato,
che nella mia pelle s’è infilato.
