So gibt ein Wort das andere (German)

(Dem Andenken Hans Arps)

Weißt du, was ich las?

One Word Leads to Another (English)

(In memory of Hans Arp)

Do you know what I read? The storks are packing their chimneys in their suitcases and are migrating to the land of the pharaos. Snow White is making friends with Hail White. Stars with earrings are sitting on spiral staircases. A hand draws back the summer rain and the grass that grows down from the sky like a curtain. Lakes are suspended in the mountains vertically, serving as mirrors. Stones are stone old, sometimes they are like children, babbling along, and the sculptor is only too happy to believe what they say. Eternity rises from us like smoke from pipes. Each one of us is the seed of a future angel. One word leads to another. Dada is full of beauty like the night cradling a young day in its arms.
