Thomas Luthardt, orvos és író, 1950-ben született Potsdamban, 1953 óta Berlinben-Friedrichshagenen él. Szakképzés (ápoló) után orvostudományt tanult a Humboldt Egyetemen, általános orvos. Gyerekkönyvek, történetek, librettók írója de elsősorban költő.
