Levent Mete, 1958 İzmir doğumlu. Hacettepe Tıp Fakültesi mezunu... Psikiyatri doçenti. Şizofrenide düşünce, dil ve dikkat bozukluklarını konu alan çalışmalarıyla üç kez Türk Psikiyatri Derneği Araştırma Ödülü'nü kazandı. İzmir'de yaşıyor.
