Volker Braun (1939) német író, költő. A hatvanas években indult Volker Braun volt nyomdász, bányagépkezelő, riporter, dramaturg, szabadúszó. Magyarul eddig egy regénye – Hans Kast kötetlen élete – és egy színdarabja – A nagy megbékélés – jelent meg.
