Nicolae Labiş (n. 2 decembrie 1935, Poiana Mărului, comuna Mălini, judeţul Suceava - d. 22 decembrie 1956, Bucureşti) a fost un poet român, talent remarcabil. Criticul Eugen Simion l-a supranumit "buzduganul" generaţiei şaizeciste.
